To give some background information about me, I've been studying and practicing spirituality and Self-development for the past 11 years. I am knowledgeable on the mind-body connection, concepts of oneness, law of attraction, consciousness, the chakras, and many other aspects of spirituality. I'm also knowledgeable in human psychology, mostly based around the human mind and how it affects our everyday lives. The mind influences our lives every moment of the day and understanding the mind is crucial for attaining peace and accomplishing goals.
